• ALT: 86 U/L (<35 U/L)
• ALP: 840 U/L (24-125 U/L)
• GammaGT: 48 U/L (<45 U/L)
• Cholic/chenodeoxycholic acid ratio: markedly increased

1. What is the patient’s likely diagnosis?
