A 10 years old male child presented with alopecia, ophthalmic disorders, diarrhea,
severe growth retardation, delayed sexual maturation, neuropsychiatric
manifestations, and frequent infections. Scaly erythematous plaques were
observed over hands, feet, anogenital area and around mouth. His lab tests
